Indstillingstid for smeltelim

Indstillingstiden forsmeltelim refers to the positioning time of the hot melt adhesive and the time required for the adhesive to produce a certain strength during the curing time. The solidification time of smeltelim is very important for some adherends with high elasticity and high stress. The curing time is long, the initial strength is insufficient, and the adhesive surface of the adherend will bounce.

 

Størkningstiden påvirkes af de forskellige komponenter i det varme smeltelim og også af den omgivende temperatur. For eksempel, når voks anvendes inkomponenter, kan indstillingstiden afkortes ved anvendelse af voks med høj krystallinitet og højt smeltepunkt og omvendt; jo lavere omgivelsestemperatur, jo hurtigere varmeafledning og jo kortere indstillingstid
